Brighton Musevenzo is a Senior Consultant, Research, Strategic Evidence and Learning Expert with experience designing scalable solutions to complex social challenges in human rights, climate action, community resilience and policy advocacy, focusing on data-driven and evidence-based social transformation models in diverse geographical and cultural settings.
Brighton served with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva and the American Red Cross International Services in Washington DC. He is the Founder & Technical Lead at Evidence 4 Impact 360, a global consulting and research startup dedicated to strengthening the impact of humanitarian and development programs through rigorous, inclusive, and rights-based evidence.
Brighton is an aspiring PhD Candidate. He has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, a Masters in Human Rights, Peace and Development and a 1st Class Master of Science in Disaster, Risk & Livelihoods Management. Brighton is a USA Leadership Exchange and UN Human Rights in Action Alumni (Switzerland). Passionate about fostering localised sustainable solutions that advance community agency.
