Harry McCarty
Dr. Harry McCarty is a Senior Scientist in the Science & Engineering Business Area at General Dynamics Information Technology, in Falls Church, VA, where he is responsible for method development projects, fish tissue monitoring programs, and effluent guideline studies. He has a B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers and a Ph.D. in Chemical Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island. He has supported various EPA offices and programs since 1986, including over 20 years supporting the Office of Science and Technology’s fish tissue monitoring programs.
