Logan Miller
Logan is an Application Scientist with Shimadzu Scientific Instruments. He has been with Shimadzu for six years now working on LCMS applications/method development in the environmental, pharmaceutical, and clinical markets. Prior to Shimadzu Logan was in graduate school at Duquesne University where he focused research efforts on quantitative mass spectrometry assays using QTOF LCMS, QQQ LCMS, ICP-MS, and GC-MS for clinical and environmental targets in complex matrices. In Logan’s spare time he enjoys hiking and organizing group hikes within the Pittsburgh community. He is active in various science organizations including PittCon, ACS, Pittsburgh ACS, Society for Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh, Spectroscopy Society of Pittsburgh, and most recently serving on ASTM Consumer Products committee.
