Alan Owens
Alan Owens is the GC and GCMS Product Manager at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments. Alan joined Shimadzu in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry, as a GCMS Product Specialist at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD where he then ascended to the Product Manager role in 2021 for GCMS and 2023 for GC respectively. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Alan Owens has established themselves as a distinguished authority in Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS).
