Stacie Crandall
Stacie Crandall holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Ohio University. She has worked as an environmental laboratory professional with Hampton Roads Sanitation District in the Central Environmental Laboratory for 29 years and currently holds the position of Chief of the Laboratory. Before this, Stacie served as Quality Assurance Manager for 15 years and led efforts to develop and implement a NELAP compliant quality system for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District laboratory to become NELAC accredited through Virginia. In addition, she has participated on multiple committees to develop laboratory accreditation standards and provided oversight for the Proficiency Testing Program with The NELAC Institute as is currently serving on the Board of Directors. Chairs the Proficiency Testing Program executive Committee and participates on other committees. She has led and participated in WEF committees including Laboratory Practices and Operations Challenge and is a past committee chair, board member and president for the Virginia Water Environment Association.
