Inkyu Han
Inkyu Han is an associate professor in the department of epidemiology and biostatistics at Temple University College of Public Health. He earned doctoral degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from Rutgers University School of Public Health. He is a interdisciplinary environmental health scientist in exposure assessment and environmental chemistry. His research focuses on identifying conventional and emerging chemical and non-chemical stressors using analytical chemistry and sensor technology. His team is currently investigating the effect of exposure to cleaning and disinfectant products on immunologic response among vulnerable Hispanic women working as domestic cleaners. Other ongoing projects include assessing ambient air microplastics pollution in Philadelphia, exposure assessment of personal care and consumer products among Asian immigrants in New York City, and the impact of climate change on indoor air quality and health in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
