ABSTRACT
The presentation will provide an overview of the continuous improvement (CI) process within an environmental testing laboratory. It touches on improvement within the context of the TNI Standard and how CI can benefit laboratory operations. It identifies hurdles to overcome when implementing CI and best practices for training staff and effective implementation of CI. It provides references for additional information on CI and a link, for attendees, to a more detailed and extensive training presentation on CI developed for their use.
