ABSTRACT
This talk will discuss how the IDEXX Tecta automated microbial testing system can help laboratories with operational issues such as staffing, lack of ability to take Friday or weekend bacteria samples and mobile testing in remote areas. From a public health perspective, it will cover how IDEXX Tecta system can be leveraged during disasters such as post hurricane testing and also during main breaks or construction events where shorter turnaround times can allow work crews to confidently get back to work faster. Lastly, the presentation will also discuss how IDEXX Tecta methods can support staffing issues, and improve customer connectivity, by leveraging mobile notifications.
