ABSTRACT
The presentation will cover three quality based foundational pillars that make up the pedigree of the laboratory by looking through a molecular lens. The genome of the laboratory will be discussed as it relates to SOPs, Policies, quality driven best practices and trends in the laboratory industry. The oral presentation will end with addressing change in the laboratory and how it is like the replication process for DNA.
