ABSTRACT

Use of metrics and key performance indicator (KPIs) systems in an environmental testing laboratory can help management establish indicators, set goals and then obtain measures and information that could benefit the success of the business. The presentation will provide an overview of and discuss the application of performance metrics and KPIs within an environmental testing laboratory. The goal is to inform the audience of how utilizing this best practice can directly benefit their laboratory and provide ideas on how they can incorporate or improve on this practice with their laboratory.
