Bob Wyeth
Mr. Wyeth is a 40+ year veteran of the commercial environmental testing industry. He has served as a member of and Chairman of the Environmental Laboratory Advisory Board and as an expert to the EPA Office of the Inspector General (OIG). He has also served as the National Laboratory Practices Chairman of the Water Environment Federation, served as member of various NELAC committees, as well as the Board of Directors of TNI, ACIL, and other private corporations. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Consensus Standard Development Executive Committee. Mr. Wyeth is a member and past Chairmen of the ACIL Environmental Sciences Section Executive Committee. As a commercial environmental testing laboratory representative, Mr. Wyeth has also been involved at the Federal, State and local levels in support of the overall needs of laboratories within the environmental community. On the professional level, executive management positions in laboratory administration, operations, and technical/sales management and quality assurance are areas of responsibility previously held by Mr. Wyeth. Mr. Wyeth holds BS degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Illinois State University, and an MS in Chemistry from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo.
Ms. Alger is the Chief of the Laboratory Accreditation Program of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and has been serving as the Chief of the Laboratory Accreditation Program since June of 2007. As Chief, she oversees the accreditation of environmental laboratories; regulation development, approval, and implementation; and the development and coordination of training for assessors and laboratories. Before being named Chief, Ms. Alger worked in the PA-DEP’s Laboratory Accreditation Program as an accreditation officer for six years where she evaluated and participated in the accreditation of laboratories performing chemical testing of inorganic non-metals, metals, and organics in drinking water, wastewater, and solids. Ms. Alger also worked as a chemist in the Automated Analysis and Biochemistry Section of the Bureau of Laboratories in the PA-DEP and a private commercial environmental laboratory performing various analyses on drinking water, wastewater, and solids. Ms. Alger has been an active member in TNI since 2001 and is currently the PA-DEP’s representative to the NELAP Accreditation Council. In addition, she serves as a NELAP Evaluator. Ms. Morgan, VP and Chief Regulatory Officer for ESC Lab Sciences, has been part of their team for 24 years and handles the design and implementation of company programs for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, green initiatives, waste minimization, safety, ethics and confidentiality. An experienced analyst in organic and inorganic methods, she directs the regulatory technical staff, and oversees accreditations and audits. Judy has a BS in Chemistry and a MS in Analytical Chemistry with research completed at Vanderbilt University. She serves on the Board of Directors for ACIL, TNI, A2LA, and is the former Chair of the EPA ELAB Federal Advisory Committee.
