Allison Mackenzie

Allison received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and a teaching credential in Chemistry and Physics from the University of California at Riverside. Allison Mackenzie first joined Babcock Labs as an analyst in 1978. She held the position of Vice President & General Manager from 1984 until 2006, when she became CEO.
Allison is associated with a number of community service and professional organizations, and has served as President of the American Business Women’s Association and as President and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Riverside. She also serves on the Board of the Citizen’s University Committee at UC Riverside, the United Way of the Inland Valleys, and on the Advisory Board of the Water Resources Institute at CSU San Bernardino. In 2009 Allison received the Cal State University Spirit of the Entrepreneur Award. As an active member of the Environmental Services Section of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) she has been named the Preston S. Millar Award recipient for her advocacy for environmental laboratory quality in CA.
