Jennifer Krone

Jen has close to 30 years of experience in the field of mass spectrometry. She has a B.A. in Chemistry from Hendrix College, a M.S. in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Arizona State University followed by a teaching post-doc at The University of New Mexico under Dr. Christie Enke. Jen holds 4 patents in the area of affinity capture mass spectrometry. She spent a good portion of her professional career at SCIEX in a variety of roles from Applications Scientist to Key Accounts Manager but also worked at Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute, Agilent Technologies, Hitachi High Technologies America and Genomic Solutions. Jen has been at MOBILion for 4 years and is currently the Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. She has maintained a long and active engagement with the mass spectrometry community, dating back to her first ASMS Conference attendance in 1994. This involvement reflects her enduring passion for advancing analytical science. As the Fundraising Chair for Females in Mass Spectrometry (FeMS+), she applies her leadership and strategic vision in a key role that supports her passion for expanding access to advanced analytical technologies and strengthening the global scientific community through inclusive initiatives. Recognized for her market-building expertise, she continues to champion collaboration that supports the entire scientific community.
