Harold Longbaugh
Dr. Harold Longbaugh is a senior staff analyst, managing the regulatory compliance of Drinking Water Operations Laboratory at City of Houston for the last 10 years, and also served as QA/QC officer for the Wastewater Operations Lab at City of Houston for 5 years before that. Before became a governmental worker, he worked in hazardous industrial waste industry for 15 years. Overall, he has over thirty years of industrial and government experience in environmental analyses and regulatory compliance, dealing with hazardous wastes, wastewater treatment and water quality. He received his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Houston in 1995. He also received an MBA in global management in 2002, from Thunderbird School of Global Management, now part of Arizona State University. He is also Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas; He has been actively involved in TNI for many years, and is a current member on TNI's Board of Directors.
