Om Shrestha
Om Shrestha is a Senior Research Application Scientist at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, where he has worked for four years. He specializes in LC-MS–based method development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting, including non-targeted analysis (NTA) using HRMS, with a focus on method development of PFAS, herbicides, and pesticides in food and environmental matrices. Om provides technical consulting to support complex analytical workflows. Prior to joining Shimadzu, he gained eight years of laboratory experience as an analytical research scientist. He holds a master’s degree in chemistry.
