ABSTRACT
Small and municipal labs often must navigate challenges to attaining and maintaining compliance with the TNI standard and other regulatory programs. Often these challenges are external to the standard itself. These may include availability of resources, staff training and retention, procurement and other policies that are outside of the laboratory's control. This presentation seeks to give some real-world examples pertaining to compliance with the standard as it relates to common findings, while incorporating the myriads of challenges that smaller and municipal laboratories tend to encounter.
