Megan Pennington-Boggio
Dr. Megan Pennington-Boggio is a Chemist with the Hampton Roads Sanitation District. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry from the University of Southern California. In 2024, she was awarded the Water Environment Foundation Laboratory Analyst Excellence Award. She has been with HRSD for over 11 years, focusing on the application of GC/MS/MS for environmental analysis.
