Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He has over 35 years of experience in the environmental laboratory industry. He has been involved in the national laboratory certification effort since 1999. He has served as the Chair of the Quality Management Systems Committee and is the current Chair of the Consensus Standards Development Executive Committee. In his role at TNI, he manages logistical issues surrounding TNI’s annual conferences and serves as a day-to-day point of contact regarding the Institute. In his role as a Quality Program Manager at Pace, he is responsible for the implementation and support of the quality program for multiple laboratories. He advises laboratory staff in quality related matters, including regulatory compliance, and data quality and usability.
