ABSTRACT
ASTM D19 is a committee for Water related method development. ASTM D19 interfaces with USEPA (offices of Water, Wastewater) and other National and International Organizations to understand the regulatory needs and develop respective analytical methods. ASTM develops method with 100% consensus within the industry and regulatory bodies. In this presentation, I will elaborate on ASTM process of method development, validation and adoption by USEPA under National Technology Transfer Act (NTTA)
