Elder Turcios
Elder Turcios is a Chemist at the Orange County Water District. He works in the Laboratory Department, testing drinking water in the Organic Section. He has been at the District for 9 years. He started as an intern in 2015, then hired as a Lab Technician in 2016, and promoted to Chemist in 2021. He attended California State University, Fullerton and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and a Minor in Chemistry.
