Dr. Vinci is an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University in the College of Nursing and Health Professions. He serves as
Co-Chair of the Policy & Advocacy Committee of the American Public Health Association's Climate Change Committee
within their Section on the Environment; and as a past national Technical Adviser for Climate Change with the National
Environmental Health Association.
He is also a charter member of the Healthcare and Public Health Advisory Group of the DHHS and DHS joint committee.
He has consulted with the DHHS, EPA, FDA, and USDA.
