Charles Neslund
Mr. Neslund is the Scientific Officer for Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environmental, LLC. He is responsible for identifying and framing trends in analytical testing and equipment. He communicates the technical needs of the environmental market and our clients to the technical director in order to initiate new methodology for research and development. He accompanies ELLE’s sales team on client visits and gives presentations aimed to educate our clients. He was integral in our setup of method EPA 537 for the testing of PFAS compounds in various matrices.
He has over 33 years of laboratory experience. He has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh (1982) and two years of graduate study credits in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh (1982-1984).
Chuck has presented dozens of oral and poster presentations at national conferences including EMDQ, NEMC, AEHS, ACS, and Battelle.
He is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Chromatography Forum of Delaware Valley (CFDV), Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA), Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC), and Sediment Management Workgroup (SMWG).
