Polly Newbold

Ms. Newbold has been a Sr. Environmental Chemist with ddms, inc. for eight years. She has a BS from SUNY Buffalo and has been in the environmental industry in various capacities for more than 30 years. She previously worked for Trillium, Inc., Atlantic Environmental Consulting Services, and two environmental laboratories.

Mr. Mc Ateer is the managing member of QA/QC Solutions, LLC. He provides clients with a variety of scientifically valid, usable, meaningful, and legally defensible QA/QC services. He has 36 years of experience working in consulting, laboratory, and academic research settings. His areas of expertise include completing chemical fingerprinting analyses; conducting data quality assessment and usability evaluations; completing data verification and validation; establishing data quality objectives; and, creating sampling and analysis strategies to meet project-specific objectives and regulatory requirements. Mc Ateer has hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of GC, HPLC, and GC/MS instrumentation for the analysis of trace levels of organic contaminants in abiotic and biotic matrices. QA/QC Solutions, LLC is a certified Tier -1 Emerging Small Business (ESB) by the Oregon State Office of Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business. Ms. Rossi has been a Sr. Environmental Chemist with ddms, inc. for over three years. She has a BS in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and has worked in the environmental industry for over 25 years. She previously worked for three environmental testing laboratories in the capacity of QA/QC Director, project manager and laboratory analyst.

Mr. Strout was the Senior Technical Manager at EcoChem, Inc. He was with EcoChem for over 20 years and has nearly 30 years of experience in the environmental field. Mr. Strout has provided quality assurance for various projects with the Natural Resource Damage Assessment Program, including data validation, data interpretation, database management, and technical direction on a number of NRDA and restoration sites. Mr. Strout has been dealing with the professional challenges of environmental data management for most of his career.

Ms. Cuenco has over 25 years combined environmental laboratory and data validation experience. She manages the data validation and quality section at LDC. Her experience includes performance of data validation in the GC, and GC/MS areas for major Federal projects. She has performed large validation projects under Boeing, Navy Southwest, Northwest and Pacific Division, EPA Region IX ESAT, USACE and AFCEE programs. Her laboratory experience includes hands-on CLP and EPA analysis of GC and GC/MS volatile organic compounds. Education, University of the Philippines, BS Chemistry 1991.
