ABSTRACT
This mini-course presents a step-by-step approach to validating data generated through high-resolution GC/MS methods to evaluate and document data quality for sound decision making. The format will closely follow the guidance document, USEPA Contract Laboratory Program National Functional Guidelines for Chlorinated Dioxin/Furan Data Review, 2011, and the updated document, expected to be posted soon that will include PCB Congener data review. Plenty of examples will be included to illustrate the approach and the important details of this specialized data review, which is presented by the program manager of the High-Resolution Superfund Methods program under the CLP.
