Professional Experience:
Dr. Bagawandoss has been involved in the Shale Oil and Gas industry for several years. Most recently was involved in the development of the ANSI/API RP 3000 and served as a member of the API Rail Standards Committee. Served as a subject matter expert on the Peer Review Panel for the Crude Flammability Project through Sandia National Labs sponsored by the DOE, DOT/PHMSA and Transport Canada. Presented at venues such as the Crude Oil Quality Association (COQA) and the Canadian Crude Quality Technical Association (CCQTA) on topics of Crude Oil properties and compliance requirements under the DOT/PHMSA regulations. Served as a Theme Lead for the Field and Analytical Challenges session at the USEPA Hydraulic Fracturing Workshop for the study of impacts to GW and DW sources. Member, Marcellus Shale Coalition.
